Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and supplied with a wide range of gratings, Poly-Hygiene is a cost effective solution for applications where hygiene is a high priority.
HDPE provides excellent chemical resistance and a low coefficient of adhesion, essential for hygienic areas. The channels are easily handled, and can be cut and shaped on site. The joints can be overlapped, mechanical, or homogenous welded providing a 100% watertight system, and because units can be welded together, Polytech can accommodate any design. Irregular angles, tees, and facetted radii are readily available.
Poly-Hygiene can greatly reduce costs on materials due to these features, while not affecting the quality of the HDPE gratings, ensuring an aesthetic surface finish. Poly-Hygiene is ideal for shower areas, food production/prep facilities, commercial kitchens, breweries, swimming pools, and abattoirs as well as many more similar applications.
