Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HPDE) and supplied with a wide range of gratings, Poly-Chemical is a cost effective solution for applications where safety from chemical spillage and waste is a high priority.
HDPE provides excellent chemical resistance and a low coefficient of adhesion, essential for hygienic areas. The channels are easily handled, and can be cut and shaped on site. The joints can be overlapped, mechanical, or homogenous welded providing a 100% watertight system, and because units can be welded together, Polytech can accommodate any design. Irregular angles, tees, and facetted radii are readily available.
Poly-Chemical can greatly reduce costs on materials due to these features, while not affecting the quality of the HDPE gratings, ensuring an aesthetic surface finish.
