Polytech’s range of greasetraps successfully separates grease, fat and oil from drainage water. The system works by reducing the flow of the liquids within an interceptor, causing the grease to separate from the water and rise to the surface. There it is broken down by biological enzymes allowing the water to flow out to the drainage system.
