With a wide choice of gratings, the Poly P30 range offers a versatile and cost effective drainage solution.
Polymer concrete is a non-porous product and therefore will not absorb moisture. This provides efficient collection and evacuation of fluids and any contamination. The P30 range has smooth internal surfaces giving excellent hydraulic performance. Channels can be supplied with a built in fall or as constant depths.
Polymer concrete is totally resistant to road salts and has a greater chemical resistance than traditional concrete. Owing to the increased compressive strength the product is of a much lighter construction and is therefore easier to handle on site.
During installation, the system is completely encased in concrete therefore the joints are generally left open. If a complete watertight system is essential, to prevent ground contamination for instance, the joints can be simply sealed with a suitable mastic.

Loading
P30 is tested to and meets the loading requirements set down in DIN19580 / EN1433 P30 is suitable for load class A15kn – C250kn. Class E600kn gratings are also available for this system, Polytech can advise on the suitability if in doubt.
