Poly GRC is a glass reinforced concrete system that offers a robust alternative to polymer concrete solutions.
As a strong robust unit, preventing damage and wastage on site prior to final installation.
Poly GRC has a pro-lock boltless locking system. The gratings are simply kicked into place and levered out at the joint eliminating the need to constantly bolt and re-bolt.
Poly GRC offers peace of mind as the gratings will always be anchored in place. The gratings cannot be displaced by vehicular forces.
During installation the system is fully encased in concrete. As such, the joints are generally left open. Where a complete watertight system is essential, such as to prevent ground contamination, the joints can simply be sealed with a suitable mastic.
Poly GRC is available with two choices:
- GRC-G100 has a Galvanised protected edge, making it suitable for load classes A15kn- C250kn
- GRC-D, meanwhile, is Ductile iron edge protected - suitable for load classes A15kn-F900kn
